    Turnaround time is 3-5 days after receipt by us to allow for quality-control checks on all preordered items.

    Turnaround time during sales is 3-5 business days due to the large influx of orders; however, we do our very best to adhere to our standard turnaround time.

    We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using your choice of first class or priority shipping designated at checkout.

      Priority: approximately* 1-3 days once processed

      First Class: approximately* 10-20 days once processed
      Priority: approximately* 6-10 days once processed
      *once packages are transferred to the country’s delivering service there is no way to track or know how long they will take to arrive at their destination. Please note that the buyer acknowledges responsibility for any import or customs fees and/or taxes imposed. Poppy Lane & Co does not guarantee shipping times.

  3. Do you offer free shipping?
    All US orders over $75+ (after any discounts applied) qualifies for free shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
  4. Are you able to combine orders?
    We are not able to combine orders because of our quick turn around time, sorry!
  5. Can I change the shipping address on an order?
    We cannot guarantee that your order’s shipping address can be changed due to our quick turn around time. Please email immediately with the subject line CHANGE ADDRESS ON ORDER # (and your order number). We will reply to let you know if an address change was possible. To avoid this, please double check your order before placing.
  6. What if my package gets returned to Poppy Lane & Co?
    We will reach out to see if you would like your order re-shipped at your expense.

  3. Can I cancel my order?
    We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled due to our quick turn around time. Please email immediately with the subject line CANCEL ORDER # (and your order number). We will reply to let you know if a cancellation was possible. If it is, we will release the funds immediately and it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Our major sales happen in November as it is both our anniversary month and Black Friday. We also have weekly specials, some holiday related sales and random flash sales – be sure to join our VIP group on Facebook to be the first to know!

  1. Are your product safe for babies and children?
    Absolutely! Poppy Lane & Co was founded shortly after my daughter, Adelaide, was gifted a few baby bracelets when she was a baby. One had paint chip off when she was teething and the other was stretchy and small beads went everywhere. I made it my mission to make a safe product that was fixed-clasp, non-stretchy and made with the highest quality beads and materials; namely 14K Gold and Sterling Silver clasps, chains, beads, wire, etc. These metals will not tarnish or hurt your littles. Please only use Poppy Lane & Co under the supervision of adults.
  2. What materials are used in Poppy Lane & Co bracelets?
    First, we do NOT, and will never use any plastic beads on our products. All beads are semi-precious or precious beads, made of the highest quality materials available. The bracelets are made with your choice of Sterling Silver or 14K Gold-filled wire and clasps, 14K Rose Gold-filled clasps are available with the 14K Rose Gold-filled beads only. Some of our beads include: Swarovski Crystals, 14K Gold-filled, 14K Rose Gold-filled, 925 Sterling Silver, Jade, Turquoise, Amethyst, Agate, and Chinese Crystals to name a few.
  3. How should I care for my Poppy Lane & Co jewelry?
    • • Remove bracelets before meals.
    • • Remove bracelets before entering the water.
    • • Store in an airtight bag (like the ones the bracelets are packaged in) to prevent tarnishing.
    • • Store on any of our organizers, located ​here.
    • • Purchase a polishing cloth ​here​ to clean and polish bracelets.
    • • Any tugging or chewing by children could damage the products. Please use Poppy Lane & Co. jewelry only with adult supervision.
    • • If the bracelet is tight, you may purchase an extender ​here​. Consider buying a bigger size if there are no more chain links available. This will ensure there is no additional pressure on the bracelet.
    • • Do not sleep with any Poppy Lane & Co. jewelry on.
  4. Can I wash/dry my Poppy Lane & Co organic bamboo swaddles?
    Yes, machine wash on cold and tumble dry on low. These swaddles get softer with each wash, so we encourage it!

    Please view our size chart, or read the other FAQs for specific instructions on how measure before choosing a size.
  2. How do I measure?
    Measure the wrist flush against the skin with a soft tape, string or something flexible. If not a soft tape, hold the string/item up to a tape measure or ruler starting at zero and order the exact size in inches. DO NOT SIZE UP. Please view our size chart for more details and approximate ages.
  3. How should I order for someone else if I cannot measure?
    We would recommend purchasing a gift card here if you cannot measure. If you prefer not to purchase a gift card, approximate ages are listed on our size chart but please note these are suggestions and estimates and are not guaranteed to fit.
